We currently have an opportunity for a Personnel Recruitment Officer, to join our team, based in Aberdeen.

Working closely with internal onshore Technical Departments, as well as other Human Resources Teams, you will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the assignment of internal personnel or hiring external personnel across our fleet of drilling units, for a variety of requirements. Some of the duties and responsibilities with include –

Daily review and processing of speculative and vacancy CV submissions.
Continually monitoring and developing departmental succession planning for existing and future requirements.
Maintaining regular contact with existing personnel, ex-personnel as well as applicants for future recruitment requirements.
Arranging/conducting interviews, preparing interview feedback, as well as carrying our relevant pre-employment checks, in line with employment legislation and company policies and procedures.
Assisting in the audit of all personnel 3rd parties, in line with current MLC requirements and internal company requirements.
Assisting in the periodic review of all internal job descriptions, as well as ensuring each new hire has signed a copy upon commencement of contract.
Assisting/creating contracts of employment, as well as assignment / secondment paperwork, for all personnel.
Suitable applicants should currently reside locally to Aberdeen, and have worked in a similar role with a Drilling Contractor.
