We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our Compensation & Benefits Team on a temporary basis, based in Aberdeen.


Some of the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and processing monthly payrolls using Tycom Probity system for all offshore personnel, ensuring all paperwork is received and processed accurately and in timely manner from both external and internal sources.
  • Maintaining reconciliation spreadsheets, logs and POB database.
  • Ensuring compliance with established payroll procedures, company policies and government legislation.
  • Initial point of contact for payroll queries and resolving to employee satisfaction.
  • Preparing payslips and all other compulsory forms and documents as per statutory requirements.
  • Liaise regularly with Compensation & Benefits Team as well as Human Resources Department, offshore personnel, vessel Radio Room Administration Operators and relevant Governing Bodies when required.
  • Any other duties as required by Senior Payroll Administrator and/or Compensation and Benefits Supervisor.

Suitable applicants should ideally have:

  • Ideally have suitable payroll experience.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational qualities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
